What's the issue about
The location of the child is not updating, is incorrect or it isn’t showing at all.
How to solve it
- Make sure that battery saving is disabled for the Junior app on the child’s phone and that the application is set up to start automatically as described in the “Android System Battery Saving” part of the troubleshooting article.
- Check if the location permission is enabled for the Junior app:
Open Settings > Apps > select “Wind Junior Family Protect” > Permissions > Location > Make sure that the location permission is enabled at all times (not just when the application is used).
- Make sure that the localization of the device is enabled in general. To do this pull down the notification bar from the top of the screen. In the quick settings find ”Location” and make sure that the location service is enabled.
